Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (Finance Modules) - 6 Months - Hybrid - Outside IR35

We're working with a FTSE 100 retail organisation undergoing a major Oracle Fusion Finance transformation. This role is a flexible "floater" position, moving across different workstreams rather than being tied to one area. You'll bring broad functional knowledge across the Finance modules (GL, AP, PO, AR, CM) and ideally some exposure to EPM (FCC) and Risk Management Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  Deliver functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, PO, AR, CM); EPM (FCC) desirable

  Provide best-practice input on data migration from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion

  
  
  





• 
  
  

  Define and oversee user role mappings, access management, and security provisioning

  
  
  





• 
  
  

  Support business adoption, including training materials, end-user guidance, and change enablement

  
  
  





• 
  
  

  Guide quality assurance, test scenario design, and risk-based testing approaches

  
  
  





• 
  
  

  Post-go-live: support issue resolution, advise on corrective measures, and propose enhancements

  
  
  





• 
  
  

  Work directly with business stakeholders and SMEs, adapting to different client cultures

  
  
  

Key Requirements

• 
  
  

  Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations

  
  
  





• 
  
  

  Hands-on knowledge of GL, AP, PO, AR, CM (EPM FCC and Risk Management Cloud a bonus)

  Proven track record in data migration into Oracle Fusion

  Understanding of Fusion security, access, and role mapping

  Ability to contribute across design, build, testing, and post-go-live phases
