Contexte
Within the Digital Finance & Procurement department, the AMO Accounting team is seeking a Project-oriented SAP FI Business Analyst to lead and support finance and payment-related initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement of accounting processes.
The role focuses primarily on project management and functional leadership, with strong SAP FI expertise required to support accounting flows, resolve incidents, and drive system and process enhancements.

Lieu : Hybrid (IDF + remote)
Rattachement hiérarchique : Manager Digital Finance & Procurement – Domaine Accounting
Mission Objectives
Lead and coordinate SAP FI and accounting-related projects, from requirements definition to delivery and post-go-live support
Act as a key functional expert on SAP FI, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities
Ensure efficient incident management, prioritization, and resolution in coordination with IT and business teams
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of AMO accounting processes
Ensure stability, compliance, and performance of SAP FI accounting flows
Responsabilités
1. Project Management & Functional Leadership (Primary Focus)
Lead end-to-end project activities, including planning, coordination, delivery, and follow-up
Gather, analyze, and formalize business and functional requirements
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, Treasury, IT, Digital, and external providers
Manage project risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables
Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and governance meetings
Ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions
2. SAP FI Functional Expertise
Provide strong functional expertise in SAP FI, including General Ledger postings, accounting flows, and interfaces
Define and validate functional specifications, accounting mappings, and system configurations
Support and validate changes, enhancements, and integration of payment flows
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
3. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities
Improve efficiency, reliability, and performance of accounting processes
Contribute to finance transformation and system evolution initiatives
Maintain and enhance functional documentation
Produce high-quality functional and technical documentation in English
Profil recherché
Compétences & Expertise
Proven experience in project management within Finance and SAP environments
Strong and proven expertise in SAP FI (General Ledger, accounting processes, interfaces)
Experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager in SAP Finance projects
Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills
Ability to operate in complex, international, and multi-stakeholder environments
Accounting knowledge highly welcome
