**3 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE IN NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, REQUIRES SC CLEARANCE**
As a Content Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the product strategy and designing the content with a focus on how to serve the audience with pertinent information and optimal user experience. You will utilize audience research and analyze data to drive content placement. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Product Development is required. Advanced proficiency in Digital Content Solution, Content Planning & Distribution Strategy, Content Assessment, and Content Creation is suggested.
Conduct thorough audience research to inform content strategy and design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on content goals.
Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve content effectiveness.
Develop innovative content solutions that enhance user experience.
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for content development."
