As a Test Manager for the MES APRISO (Manufacturing Execution System), you will ensure the quality and reliability of MES deployments across the business lines. You will define and execute the test strategy, coordinate validation activities, and provide support to business stakeholders, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsabilitées
Define and Own the Test Strategy
Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and constraints, building a relevant test approach for MES APRISO.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the MES solution (Delmia APRISO 3DS with customizations), associated risks, and testing needs.
Design and maintain the test strategy, covering functional, non-functional, and automation aspects.
Ensure alignment between testing practices, quality objectives, and program expectations.
Ensure Testing Success
Write, review, and validate detailed test cases and scenarios, primarily using Squash and JIRA.
Coordinate test preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting throughout the testing lifecycle.
Prioritize test activities based on risk, business value, and delivery timelines.
Maintain clear test documentation and dashboards, ensuring visibility for all stakeholders.
Project-Specific Activities (MES APRISO)
Validate CoreModel deliveries (Build & Run) for integrations, including participation in validation meetings and updating JIRA tickets.
Support business teams by analyzing tickets, filtering MES defects, and escalating incidents as needed.
Participate in the validation of SAP-MES interfaces, especially for new deployments (e.g., MIS Ulm site).
Develop and execute test campaigns following SAP/MES evolutions.
Collaborate with a small, on-site team (2–3 days/week at Centre Ouest, with remote work flexibility).
Profil recherché
Compétences et Expérience
Proven experience in functional validation and MES environments, ideally with Delmia APRISO.
Strong knowledge of test management tools (Squash, JIRA) and ticketing systems.
Familiarity with Agile development and validation processes.
Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken), especially for interactions with international teams (Singapore, Ulm).
French nationality and employment contract required (due to export control data access).
Compétences
Ability to operate across multiple teams, ensuring coherence and efficiency in test processes.
Ownership of the test backlog: define activities, organize workloads, and track progress.
Develop and manage test strategy, plans, and catalogs (manual, automated, non-functional).
Act as the single point of contact for all testing-related topics within scope.
Ensure continuity and improvement of testing practices, balancing legacy processes and new methodologies.
Strong prioritization, structuring, and coordination skills.
Deliver clear test results and rapid feedback to stakeholders.
Manage complex defect flows and facilitate release readiness decisions.
