Mission freelance Skype For Business SME

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1/2/3 support (based on role level) for Skype for Business, including user provisioning, troubleshooting, call quality issues, and configuration.
* Monitor Skype for Business services and infrastructure using monitoring tools (SCOM, SDN, etc.).
* Respond to incidents and service requests via ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
* Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot latency, connectivity, or VoIP issues.
* Manage and support integration with Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Outlook, and Active Directory.
* Maintain and update Skype system configurations, user policies, conferencing settings, and voice gateways.
* Provide end-user support for Skype features (IM, presence, meetings, conferencing, and voice).
* Participate in upgrade and patch management cycles for Skype servers and clients.
* Document resolutions, procedures, and configurations in the knowledge base.
* Provide on-call or after-hours support as required
