Mission freelance Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Documentation
* Gather and document all information on CCTV processes, hardware, data flows, and store setups.
* Understand monitoring workflows, integrations, and vendor roles.
* Create process maps, requirements documents, and a knowledge base for a near greenfield environment.
Requirements Gathering
* Run workshops and interviews across internal teams, and external partners.
* Translate business needs into clear technical/functional requirements.
* Support Product and Engineering with roadmap definition.
Stakeholder Management
* Work with Tech, Business colleagues and and third party providers.
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences.
* Manage expectations, dependencies, and updates in a new, evolving environment.
Collaboration & Delivery Support
* Support solution evaluation and integration work.
* Assist with testing and validation of CCTV feeds and workflows.
* Produce clear documentation to support long term scalability.

* Experience working with third party suppliers.
* Good understanding of technology (hardware, networks, monitoring systems).
* Skilled in process mapping and structured documentation.

Logistics & Travel
Travel to the SOC in Northampton will occasionally be required, along with attendance in Waterside.
