Missions:
Providing support to users.

Profil recherché
Profile:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a comparable role (Support)
Familiarity with ITIL, incident, problem, and change management.
Experience in managing GLPI.
Fluency in English, with proficiency in French or German as an advantage.

The leadership of the Service Desk team falls under the responsibility of the Service Desk Team Leader, who oversees the team members tasked with delivering this support
