Missions:
Providing support to users.

Escalating incidents to third-level support when necessary.
Prioritizing and assigning tasks to the first-level support team.
Offering training and assistance to end-users.
Staying updated on IT and cybersecurity advancements.

Profil recherché
Profile:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a comparable role (Support)
Familiarity with ITIL, incident, problem, and change management.
Experience in managing GLPI.
Fluency in English, with proficiency in French or German as an advantage.
