I'm currently looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn and curious person to join one of my clients located in downtown Luxembourg.

Main responsibilities include user support, IT security, infrastructure management, IT project coordination, as well as communication and training.

Main missions:

Provide front-line support to users in Luxembourg
Install, maintain and configure workstations, smartphones and other equipment.
Contribute to projects aimed at improving IT security.
Maintain a technology watch to keep abreast of security best practices.
Intervene directly on certain aspects of the infrastructure.
Collaborate with service providers, consultants, auditors and authorities. Coordinate the installation, configuration and parameterization of IT systems.
Communicate actively with staff.
