Responsibilities:

Offer frontline assistance to users in Luxembourg.
Install, upkeep, and configure workstations, smartphones, and related equipment.
Contribute to projects focused on enhancing IT security.
Stay updated on the latest security best practices through technology monitoring.
Directly address specific aspects of the infrastructure when needed.
Collaborate with service providers, consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Coordinate the setup, configuration, and customization of IT systems.
Engage actively in communication with the team.
