We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing strategy, planning, and execution for mission-critical systems within a critical infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing complex, high-availability systems and a deep understanding of regulatory, safety, and security requirements in sectors such as energy, transport, water, or telecommunications.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own the end-to-end test strategy for critical infrastructure systems.

Lead test planning, design, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams.

Manage functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, NIST) and regulatory frameworks.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.

Define and manage test environments, data, and tooling.

Identify risks and mitigation strategies related to system reliability and safety.

Lead and mentor a team of testers and coordinate with external vendors.

Drive continuous improvement in test processes and automation.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Test Manager in critical infrastructure domains (e.g., utilities, transport, defence).

Strong understanding of system resilience, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery testing.

Familiarity with SCADA, ICS, OT/IT integration, or similar technologies.

Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM).

Knowledge of cybersecurity testing and secure system validation.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

ISTQB certification or equivalent (Advanced level preferred).
