Mission freelance Programme Manager

Our telecoms client is looking for a Programme Manager to Lead and manage end-to-end application migration delivery.
This is a 5 months contract initially. The rate is £350 per day outside IR35.

Hybrid: Co-location required every other week.
Locations: Gloucester (primary), Newbury & London (flexibility available, but Gloucester preferred).

Please note that due to nature of the role candidates need to be eligible or already hold SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage end-to-end application migration delivery.
* Coordinate across four key stakeholder groups.
* Ensure delivery stays on track, on plan, and within strict deadlines.
* Hold stakeholders accountable and manage complex dependencies.
* Adapt delivery approach based on evolving customer needs.
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong experience in data centre to cloud migrations (public/private cloud).
* Excellent stakeholder management across multiple organizations.
* Proven ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
* Highly resilient, confident handling difficult conversations and challenging stakeholders.
* A self-sufficient, seasoned professional who can "hit the ground running."
