We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project.

Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Node.js is required. Advanced proficiency in AWS DevOps & Development, GitLab CI/CD, and GitLab is recommended.
Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Continuously improve software development processes and methodologies.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
