🚀 Mission Freelance – Expert CRM / Email Marketing & Content
❌ Pas de sous-traitance

Dans le cadre d’un programme de fidélité d’envergure, nous recherchons un·e expert CRM / Email Marketing capable de concevoir, produire et optimiser des campagnes relationnelles à forte valeur ajoutée.

Le rôle combine stratégie éditoriale, production emailing et création visuelle, avec un fort enjeu sur l’engagement et la fidélisation client.

🎯 Objectifs de la mission :
Concevoir et rédiger des emails CRM B2C orientés activation et fidélisation
Produire les contenus des newsletters, emails automatisés et campagnes relationnelles
Structurer les messages selon les moments clés du cycle de vie client (onboarding, animation, réactivation…)
Concevoir les visuels et assets graphiques pour les campagnes emailing
Garantir la cohérence entre contenus, parcours CRM et objectifs business

🛠 Environnement & outils :
Dartagnan (builder emailing)
Adobe Campaign
Photoshop / Illustrator
Environnement CRM / marketing relationnel B2C

👤 Profil recherché :
Expérience solide en CRM / Email marketing B2C
Très bonne maîtrise de la rédaction emailing marketing
Expérience concrète sur Dartagnan ou équivalent
Bonne compréhension des mécaniques de marketing automation
Compétences en création graphique (Photoshop / Illustrator)
