As part of our growth and the expansion of high-impact transformation projects, we are looking for a motivated, structured, and results-driven Scrum Master ready to make a real difference within dynamic and complex environments.
Your Mission
As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in fostering Agile maturity within cross-functional teams. You will act as a servant leader, facilitator, and change agent, ensuring that teams deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
You will promote collaboration, continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability in environments where quality, security, and performance are critical.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure the effective and consistent application of Scrum principles and Agile best practices
Support teams in delivering high-quality increments aligned with business goals
Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Identify and remove impediments while proactively managing risks and dependencies
Support the Product Owner in backlog structuring, value prioritization, and roadmap clarity
Foster collaboration between technical, functional, and business stakeholders
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile mindset adoption
Monitor team performance through relevant KPIs and Agile metrics
Contribute to scaling Agile practices when operating in multi-team environments
You will work on transformation initiatives spanning digitalization, operational optimization, data-driven programs, and innovation projects.
Candidate profile
Profile
At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
Certifications such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe are strong assets
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with a structured and pragmatic mindset
Ability to navigate complex and fast-evolving environments
Fluent in French and English is mandatory (Dutch is a strong asset)
Experience in regulated or high-demand industries (finance, energy, telecom, public sector, healthcare, etc.) is a plus
