Contexte

Dans le cadre du développement d’un outil digital innovant de calcul environnemental, un grand groupe industriel renforce son équipe produit.

Le projet porte sur un éco-calculateur dédié à des produits techniques, avec un fort enjeu autour de l’optimisation des empreintes carbone et de l’éco-conception.

Vous interviendrez sous la responsabilité du Digital Studio Lead et en collaboration étroite avec le Product Manager et une équipe de développeurs.

Missions principales

Participation et animation d’ateliers métiers
Recueil et formalisation des besoins
Rédaction des user stories
Priorisation du backlog en lien avec le PM
Participation aux roadmaps produit
Suivi des développements avec l’équipe technique
Organisation et réalisation des tests (dont non-régression)
Documentation fonctionnelle
Accompagnement des utilisateurs (onboarding, suivi)
Participation active aux rituels Agile (Scrum, sprint planning, review, poker…)

Candidate profile

Profil recherché

Expérience confirmée en tant que Product Owner
Solide expérience en environnement Agile / Scrum
Capacité à travailler avec des équipes techniques (2 à 4 développeurs)
Excellente communication et posture transverse
Capacité à structurer, prioriser et formaliser

Atouts appréciés

Expérience sur des projets liés à la data, au calcul / modélisation ou aux outils métiers techniques
Sensibilité aux enjeux environnementaux / RSE
Expérience en environnement grand groupe industriel
