Notre client recherche un Product Owner pour piloter une équipe de 15 personnes en charge du build&run d'une solution de gestion des habilitations dans un environnement critique (6000 identités, 20000 droits, 300 applications).

Missions principales :

Animation d'équipe de 15 développeurs en mode "You build it, you run it"
Gestion du backlog produit pour fluidifier le delivery
Pilotage de la roadmap des nouvelles fonctionnalités
Stabilisation technico-fonctionnelle de la solution existante
Mise en place de best practices d'implémentation
Optimisation du MCO (Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle)

Socle : On Premise
Méthodologie : SAFe (certification requise)
Confidentialité : Habilitation Confidentiel Défense
Applications : GIH, I-DHL, C3

Product Owner confirmé avec animation d'équipes techniques
Habilitation Confidentiel Défense obligatoire

Compétences obligatoires :

Product Owner : Maîtrise du métier de PO (animation backlog, roadmap produit)
Management d'équipe : Gestion d'une équipe de 15 personnes en mode "You build it, you run it"
Certification SAFe : Certification obligatoire pour l'environnement méthodologique
Habilitation Confidentiel Défense : Prérequis sécuritaire indispensable

Compétences techniques souhaitées :

Services REST : Connaissance des API et intégrations
SGBD : Maîtrise des bases de données relationnelles
Monitoring : Supervision et observabilité des systèmes
Architecture SI : Vision d'ensemble des systèmes d'information
IAM : Notions générales (l'expertise métier est portée par l'équipe)
