Nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients grands comptes un Tech Lead spécialisé Data Engineering afin de rejoindre une squad produit au sein d’un environnement moderne et exigeant.

🎯 Objectif de la mission
Contribuer au delivery des produits data, piloter les choix techniques, encadrer les bonnes pratiques, et garantir la qualité logicielle au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers…).

Candidate profile

7+ années d’expérience en Data Engineering
Excellente maîtrise Python et Java
Expertise sur : PySpark, Databricks, Spring Boot / FastAPI
Solide expérience sur Azure Cloud
Très bonne connaissance SQL / NoSQL
Pratique confirmée des environnements CI/CD, Terraform, IaC
Contexte Agile (Scrum / Kanban) fortement structuré

Working environment

Le consultant évoluera au sein d’une Digital Factory moderne, structurée en squads agiles réunissant Data Engineers, Data Scientists et Software Engineers autour de produits à forte visibilité. L’environnement est hautement collaboratif, avec un accompagnement par des Technical Authorities, des coachs craftsmanship, et des équipes Delivery dédiées pour garantir un delivery de qualité. Le cadre technique est mature, orienté cloud Azure et Databricks, avec des pipelines CI/CD industrialisés et une forte culture des bonnes pratiques. Le consultant sera pleinement intégré aux rituels agiles, participera aux décisions techniques clés, et interagira quotidiennement avec des interlocuteurs variés (métier, produit, tech). C’est un environnement exigeant mais bienveillant, favorisant la montée en compétence, le partage et l’innovation.
