Contexte de la mission l'entreprise a une forte activité dans le domaine de la conception et du déploiement de projets d'ingénierie visant à accueillir différents opérateurs sur le parc de sites de l'entreprise Dans ce cadre, elle a décidé de s'orienter vers la mise en place d'une plateforme unique permettant de traiter l'ensemble de ses métiers : gestion commerciale, suivi de projet, gestion de patrimoine, GMAO, référentiel. Elle vient pour cela de choisir un fournisseur spécialisé dans le métier de la Towerco et lance un projet pour mettre en service cette plateforme unique pour supporter son activité. Ce projet stratégique comporte plusieurs challenges majeurs pour l'entreprise : impacts de l'ensemble des métiers (200 utilisateurs internes et externes en cible), bascule d'un outil SI spécifique à un mode plateforme unique, optimisation des process pour adopter un standard compatible avec le nouvel outil, gestion du changement avec les équipes opérationnelles. Le planning actuel prévoit un lancement en octobre, la bascule des premiers sites en janvier dans le cadre d'un POC et une validation de fonctionnement en septembre 2027 avant bascule de l'ensemble des sites. Le programme constitue une transformation majeure des modes de fonctionnement de la BU. Il implique une remise en question de pratiques et nécessite une très forte capacité d'accompagnement des équipes. L'enjeu est d'assurer la mise en service opérationnelle du progiciel dans les délais dans l'ensemble de ses volets, en respectant les standards de l'outil et en répondant aux process opérationnels métiers Objectifs et livrables l'entreprise cherche à renforcer l'équipe (5/6 personnes) en train de se constituer par un profil sénior qui contribuera à garantir la cohérence globale de la solution et l'alignement entre les besoins métiers, le standard de la plateforme et les contraintes du SI existant. Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le responsable du projet, les équipes métiers, SI, et l'intégrateur de la solution. Il aura pour principales responsabilités de : • Garantir la cohérence fonctionnelle de bout en bout et l'alignement avec la solution cible en lien avec les responsables de process Métier. • Challenger les demandes métier pour privilégier l'adoption du standard de la plateforme. • Capacité à travailler avec un intégrateur : détecter les ambiguïtés fonctionnelles, challenger les solutions proposées, gérer les écarts métier/intégrateur. • S'assurer de la traduction et de la traçabilité des besoins métiers dans les éléments du backlog, valider les users Stories du fournisseur. • Réaliser les analyses d'écarts entre les besoins et la solution standard (Gap Analysis). • Participer aux ateliers de conception avec l'intégrateur et les équipes Métier et SI. • Contribuer à l'analyse des interfaces et des impacts sur le SI existant avec le Délivery lead. • Etablir le plan de tests global (métier et bout en bout) ainsi que les critères d'acceptation et suivre l'ensemble des tests et en réaliser une partie notamment pour le debout en bout.

Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience supporting 1st / 2nd Line Treasury systems or financial systems support The Client is ideally looking to recruit at least 1 years experience of working with and supporting FIS Treasury and Risk Management System FIS Integrity. This is a 2nd level implementation and support position. Operational Platform Monitoring & Treasury Process Assurance Ensures uninterrupted execution of Treasury‑critical processes and protection of daily cash positioning, payment execution, and cut‑off compliance.
