Nous recherchons un PMO Train / Pilote de Train pour le compte de notre client, acteur majeur dans le secteur des assurances. Dans un contexte de renforcement urgent des équipes, vous interviendrez sur les trains Démonstration et Contrat afin d'assurer la continuité et le pilotage opérationnel des activités en cours. Votre capacité à prendre rapidement en main les sujets et à coordonner efficacement les différentes parties prenantes sera essentielle pour sécuriser l'avancement des travaux. À ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Assurer le suivi opérationnel des activités des trains Démonstration et Contrat ; Coordonner les sujets entre les différentes équipes et parties prenantes du périmètre ; Organiser, structurer et piloter les travaux en cours ; Suivre les actions, les échéances, les dépendances et les éventuels points de blocage ; Préparer et animer les instances de suivi ; Garantir la bonne circulation et la fiabilité des informations ; Produire les supports de pilotage et les reportings nécessaires ; Alerter sur les risques et proposer des actions correctives ; Contribuer à la continuité des activités dans un contexte de remplacement immédiat. Le poste nécessite une forte capacité d'adaptation ainsi qu'une prise d'autonomie rapide. La connaissance de la méthodologie SAFe n'est pas indispensable pour cette mission. Localisation : Niort – un profil basé localement ou à proximité sera privilégié. Démarrage : immédiat, selon vos disponibilités.

Vous accompagnerez l'équipe des responsables des processus métier (BPO) dans la mise en place de formations destinées aux utilisateurs clés et aux utilisateurs finaux des usines, afin de garantir la mise en œuvre réussie des processus SAP et PLM. Principales responsabilités • Dispenser des formations de bout en bout aux utilisateurs clés et aux utilisateurs finaux. • Former les utilisateurs aux processus liés aux nomenclatures (BOM), à la gestion des produits finis et à la validation du système. • Élaborer des supports de formation, des guides d'utilisation et de la documentation. • Coordonner les plannings de formation et gérer l'environnement de formation. • Accompagner la migration, la mise en service et l'adoption post-mise en service. • Suivre l'efficacité des formations et tenir à jour la base de connaissances. Compétences requises • Expérience pratique de SAP dans des environnements de fabrication. • Bonne compréhension du PLM (gestion du cycle de vie des produits). • Expérience dans la dispense de formations numériques, en présentiel ou virtuelles. • Solides compétences en gestion des parties prenantes et en communication. • Capacité à simplifier des processus métier complexes pour en faire des formations efficaces.

The successful candidate will support the Business Process Owner (BPO) Operations team in designing, managing, and delivering training for Factory Key Users and End Users, ensuring successful adoption of SAP R/3 and the new PLM solution across manufacturing sites. This role combines expertise in SAP manufacturing processes, PLM systems, training management, and change adoption within a factory environment. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery & Adoption Design and execute end-to-end training programmes for Key Users and End Users. Deliver training on: Plant Formula and Bill of Materials (BOM) processes Finished Goods Management System validation workflows Ensure users are fully prepared for system go-live and post-go-live support.
