Raison d'être du poste : Le Head of Data pilote la transformation data de l'organisation. L'équipe data est constitué de 3 Data Product Manager, 1 data eng et un principal data eng. Il assure l'interface stratégique entre les différentes directions métier et l'équipe technique data, en animant à la fois la roadmap macro de transformation (portée par les enjeux métier des différentes directions) et la roadmap technique de la data platform. Il garantit que la plateforme data devienne un socle capable d'alimenter en données fiables les autres outils et usages de l'entreprise, tout en fédérant les parties prenantes autour d'une vision commune. Finalités et Résultats Attendus : 1. Pilotage de la transformation data Construire et animer la roadmap macro de transformation data en lien avec les différentes directions (chacune portant ses propres enjeux et priorités), arbitrer les priorités, sécuriser les sponsors métier et rendre compte de l'avancement au comité de direction. 2. Animation de la roadmap technique de la data platform Définir et piloter la roadmap technique de la data platform, en particulier les chantiers permettant à la plateforme d'exposer et d'envoyer des données vers les autres outils de l'écosystème (BI, applicatifs métier, outils tiers), via des flux d'intégration fiables et documentés. Prévoir l'arrivée de l'IA pour alimenter les usages 3. Architecture et interopérabilité Garantir l'architecture cible de la plateforme (ingestion, stockage, transformation, exposition), définir les standards d'intégration (API, connecteurs, flux) permettant la diffusion des données vers les systèmes consommateurs, et arbitrer les choix technologiques avec les équipes techniques. 4. Gouvernance et qualité des données Mettre en place la gouvernance data (propriété des données, sécurité des accès, qualité, conformité), animer les instances pour maintenir et trancher les decisions et s'assurer de la fiabilité des données diffusées vers les outils cibles. 5. Fédération et accompagnement des parties prenantes Animer la communauté des sponsors et relais métier des différentes directions, vulgariser les enjeux techniques auprès des directions, et accompagner la montée en compétence des équipes sur les usages data. 6. Pilotage d'équipe et de la delivery Encadrer ou coordonner les équipes techniques (internes et/ou prestataires) en charge de la construction et de l'exploitation de la data platform, et suivre l'avancement des chantiers techniques.
