About the Client · A European consumer brand group operating in Pet Food (pet supplements) and Beauty/Wellness. · Amazon is the core revenue driver : · Majority of total turnover via Amazon · Operating fully in Seller Central (3P) · Several millions of € yearly Amazon ad spend · Heavy focus on logistics, pricing, Buy Box, SEO, and retail media performance Mission · Reporting directly to the Head of Europe, you will take full ownership of Amazon performance across multiple markets (mainly UK, DE, FR). · Key responsibilities: · Lead Amazon sales strategy & performance across Europe · Analyse data, identify growth levers, run tests & optimise continuously · Drive operations in Seller Central (3P): logistics, pricing, availability, catalogue · Oversee Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD, DSP) — ideally hands-on to parameter (or pilote a media agency) · Use tools such as Pacvue, Helium10 · Manage 1–2 team members (analytics + ads) · Act as strategic right-hand to the European head Profile · Bilingual English (true top proficiency) · Expert in Amazon Seller Central (3P) — both strategy & execution · Strong Amazon Ads knowledge (SP, SB, SD, DSP, Pacvue) · B2C / FMCG / consumer brand background · Entrepreneurial mindset; “lives and breathes Amazon” · Track record scaling brands via Amazon · Data driven, ability to try new things, ultra motivated to boost sales Logistics · Start ASAP · Until end of February (8/12) · Part-time to full time (at least daily involvement) · Preferred location: UK / London; open to Europe (Paris office available) · Day rate: €750

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Manage, analyse and review (as administrator) existing email platform tools: Discovery and documentation of existing usage inc. undertaking a review of current users, email volumes, managed services set-up, data retention etc, so that planning for migration to Marketing Cloud can proceed Be responsible for configuration and management Any other activities as required and agreed Understand GDPR, data & compliance requirements for customer data and assess requirements and delivery plans accordingly Become a Marketing Cloud ‘super user’: contributing to and shaping the subscriber strategy building templates for emails learning the journey planner troubleshoot access queries, template queries and any ad hoc query as required becoming familiar with the CRM integration and how to segment and suppress recipients contributing to preference centre strategy Become the email comms lead for any IUK mailing list without a clear business owner, e.g. KTP, to be sent from Marketing Cloud: Be the point of contact Understand the requirements for change i.e. moving lists onto MC – discover, plan and execute Support with their data needs both in in the short-term as well as for longer-term data strategy (i.e. CRM integration) Discovery around email use across IUK, including Business Growth’s use of Gov delivery: Current use Desired new use/process in line with wider strategy objectives Document this, iterate and improve Priorities agreed with line manager Any email comms activity or request as prioritised by the organisation – interpret, own, plan and execute best practice approach

Digital Systems Architect – Financial Services - Northampton We require a Digital Architect to Support in the definition of digital architecture, roadmaps and technical solutions as well as technical consultancy and leading edge technology thinking as required across. Clearly articulate / communicate direction and benefits of digital architecture to developers / engineers and non-technical stakeholders Responsible for creating digital technology architecture solutions and cost estimates, to meet business needs, in line with strategy and architecture. Work with supply chain (including external) as appropriate. Working with the relevant enterprise wide architects and digital business aligned strategy leads, supports the creation of an appropriate digital technology strategy for the relevant business area. Maintain technology roadmaps for digital capabilities across the Company. Responsible for ensuring the digital engineering / development teams are aligned to the technical strategy, architecture, quality standards and policies. Work collaboratively with the relevant technology colleagues, project managers, architects, business analysts and developers to ensure that the digital outcomes delivered by projects are consistent with the original technical solution specified. Able to challenge stakeholders creatively and professionally to create architectural solutions which meet the business need (including budgetary / time constraints) whilst being aligned to Company architectural blueprint, principles and standards. Can describe existing / emerging digital technology and technology strategy to developers and non-technical stakeholders both verbally and via appropriate documentation. Experience of application client and server architecture in the web and/or mobile domain, application frameworks and architecture patterns Experience of Object-Oriented design and Enterprise Integration Patterns, of presenting technical concepts to a non-technical audience Specific experience of domain driven and event driven architecture The following would be nice to have: Experience of operating in an Agile delivery environment, microservices and refactoring to microservices Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman). Experience of DevOps and containerization Past and/or current experience of Java / JavaScript software development in an agile development environment This is a contract assignment between 3 to 6 months initially.
