Votre rôle Collecte & analyse des besoins Collaborer avec les parties prenantes commerciales, les analystes et les équipes data pour comprendre les besoins en reporting et les objectifs métier Traduire les besoins en exigences techniques pour la création de tableaux de bord et la visualisation des données Participer aux réunions d’équipe pour aligner les priorités et partager sur l’avancement des projets Modélisation, intégration et sécurité des données Extraire, transformer et charger (ETL) les données provenant de diverses sources dans les applications Qlik Sense Intégrer et harmoniser les données provenant de plusieurs systèmes (par exemple, bases de données, services cloud et API) Mettre en œuvre des mesures de sécurité des données et de contrôle d'accès, en veillant à ce que seuls les utilisateurs autorisés puissent consulter ou manipuler certaines données, tout en respectant les normes de gouvernance et de conformité Développement & optimisation des applications Qlik Sense Créer des tableaux de bord, des rapports et des visualisations interactives alignés sur les objectifs métier Optimiser les modèles de données, scripts et visualisations pour améliorer les performances et réduire les temps de chargement Tests, maintenance & support Effectuer des tests fonctionnels et des tests d’acceptation utilisateur sur les applications Qlik Sense Assurer la maintenance continue des applications, résoudre les problèmes et mettre en œuvre les mises à jour nécessaires Surveiller les performances et apporter des ajustements en fonction des retours utilisateurs ou de l'évolution des besoins Documentation & formation Documenter les modèles de données, les processus ETL, les scripts et les choix de conception pour référence future Créer des guides d'utilisation et supports de formation pour aider les utilisateurs finaux à naviguer et à interagir avec les applications Qlik Sense Former les utilisateurs professionnels et les parties prenantes à l'utilisation efficace des tableaux de bord afin de maximiser la valeur des applications
