Vous mettez en place (ou automatisez) des flux de traitement et de restitution des données (exploitation de PowerAutomate, Databricks, outils ETL). Vous faites preuve de ténacité, curiosité et capacité à creuser les sujets dans la durée pour mener les investigations jusqu’au bout, même en terrain inconnu. Responsabilités clés attendues Pilotage du processus logiciel Être le garant du processus d’expression et de validation des besoins logiciels (end-to-end). Veiller à ce que chaque demande soit évaluée, chiffrée, validée et documentée selon les procédures internes. Point de contact et coordination transverse Servir d’interface entre : Les métiers (clients internes de la banque), Les équipes Achats, Juridique, IT, Finance , Les éditeurs logiciels . Communiquer de manière claire en français et anglais . Gestion contractuelle et licences Lire, comprendre et analyser les contrats logiciels pour en extraire les clauses impactantes (compliance, renouvellement, conditions financières, audits…). Assurer le provisionnement et la gestion des clés de licences via les portails éditeurs. Suivi financier et administratif Gérer la refacturation interne des licences (mises à jour annuelles, transferts, nouveaux achats). Suivre les consommations et produire les reportings réguliers pour les métiers et la direction. Gouvernance et reporting Préparer et animer les comités de suivi (internes + fournisseurs). Mettre à jour et fiabiliser les référentiels logiciels (base SAM / inventaires). Participer aux inventaires SAM pour garantir la conformité. Optimisation et stratégie Identifier les leviers d’optimisation des coûts et du parc (mutualisation, ajustement de contrats, droits d’usage).
