Contexte de la mission Dans le cadre de la modernisation de ses systèmes d’information dédiés aux activités Sales & Customers, notre client recherche un Tech Lead / Architecte SI Expert hands-on . La mission s’inscrit dans un contexte de transformation digitale avec des enjeux forts autour de la modernisation applicative, de l’intégration de l’IA, de l’industrialisation des pratiques de développement, de la sécurisation des solutions et de l’amélioration de la performance opérationnelle. L’équipe porte notamment des sujets liés aux portails clients B2B, aux architectures flexibles, à l’automatisation des processus et à l’ouverture des solutions vers des partenaires externes. Objectif de la mission Le consultant interviendra comme référent technique afin de définir et piloter les choix technologiques en matière de Web, Data et IA , tout en accompagnant les équipes dans la conception, le développement, l’industrialisation et la mise en production des applications. Il devra également structurer les bonnes pratiques autour des outils d’IA, notamment GitHub Copilot et Claude Code , et contribuer à la montée en compétence des équipes. Responsabilités principales Définir l’architecture cible sur les volets web, data, cloud et IA. Piloter les choix techniques et garantir leur cohérence avec les enjeux métier. Accompagner les Business Analysts et les équipes applicatives dans le développement d’applications. Contribuer hands-on aux sujets techniques complexes. Standardiser les pratiques DevOps et CI/CD. Améliorer l’industrialisation, l’observabilité et la qualité des mises en production. Définir le cadre d’utilisation des outils d’IA dans le cycle de développement. Assurer une veille proactive sur les sujets de sécurité applicative. Participer à la résolution rapide des alertes et incidents critiques. Diffuser les bonnes pratiques de développement, de sécurité et d’exploitation. Compétences techniques attendues Très bonne expertise en architecture cloud et applicative. Solide maîtrise d’Azure. Expérience confirmée sur les architectures APIs et microservices. Maîtrise des environnements DevOps : CI/CD, Git, pipelines, automatisation. Expérience sur Kubernetes. Bonne connaissance des solutions d’observabilité et d’exploitation applicative. Expérience en développement applicatif, idéalement en C#. Bonne maîtrise d’un framework front-end, idéalement React ou Angular. Connaissances en data et intégration de solutions IA. Sensibilité aux sujets sécurité et FinOps. Connaissance ou expérience des outils GitHub Copilot et Claude Code appréciée. Stack technique Azure C# React / Angular Kubernetes CI/CD APIs / Microservices GitHub Copilot Claude Code

Intitulé : Expert Migration Microsoft Excel & Power Platform (Google Workspace → Microsoft 365) – Full Remote —————————— CONTEXTE —————————— Dans le cadre du programme de transformation Google Workspace → Microsoft 365 de notre client, plusieurs solutions métier critiques actuellement développées sous Google Sheets et Google Apps Script doivent être migrées vers l'écosystème Microsoft. La solution prioritaire est un outil de reporting Finance qui consolide des données issues de sources multiples et automatise des traitements de reporting complexes. La solution actuelle comprend : • Logique de formules Google Sheets avancée (dépendances multi-fichiers) • Automatisation via Google Apps Script • Consolidation de données multi-sources • Génération automatisée de rapports, calculs et transformations type Excel • Processus de sauvegarde et d'archivage, génération et diffusion de PDF • Fonctions de navigation et de gestion des classeurs L'objectif n'est pas une simple conversion technique, mais une refonte et reconstruction de la solution dans l'écosystème Microsoft, en préservant les fonctionnalités et en améliorant la maintenabilité, sur un délai court (2 à 3 mois). —————————— OBJECTIFS ET LIVRABLES —————————— 1. Assessment & plan de migration : analyse de l'existant (Sheets, formules, Apps Scripts, dépendances), roadmap de migration avec recommandations d'architecture, risques et estimation de charge. 2. Conception de la solution cible : architecture Microsoft basée sur Excel, Power Query, Office Scripts, Power Automate, SharePoint et, si pertinent, Power BI ; documentation de conception technique détaillée. 3. MVP / Proof of Concept : première version fonctionnelle démontrant l'approche ; validation des fonctions clés (consolidation, calculs, automatisation, reporting). 4. Solution production-ready : reconstruction complète sous Microsoft 365 ; remplacement des formules Google Sheets et des Apps Scripts par leurs équivalents Microsoft. 5. Tests & validation : tests fonctionnels, support à la recette (UAT), continuité de service et exactitude des données. 6. Documentation & transfert de compétences : documentation technique et support ; sessions de passation et formation de l'équipe support interne. ——————————
