About ICT Digital Workplace Description We are looking for an Operational Endpoint Engineer to join our team. You will be part of a 10-person team managing the full lifecycle, support, and improvement of endpoints. You ensure devices are delivered, maintained, and tracked efficiently across a fleet of around 3,000 endpoints for 1,500 users. The role combines hands-on staging and lifecycle management with troubleshooting and direct user support. Main Responsibilities Handle tickets (incidents and requests) assigned to the team, focusing on device lifecycle issues. Troubleshoot software (OS) & hardware related issues & document the taken steps. Coordinate the repairs of hardware issues with the vendors. Act as a clear, patient, and service-minded contact point for internal customers. Perform staging of physical and virtual endpoints. Manage returned equipment, assess its condition, and determine the appropriate next action. Monitor stock levels and initiate orders when predefined thresholds are reached. Maintain a clean, well-organized, and efficient staging environment. Key Requirements Strong foundation in Windows (3+ years) with practical experience in endpoint troubleshooting, imaging, and provisioning. Demonstrated troubleshooting and support expertise in PC hardware and peripherals. Practical knowledge of asset management, CMDB best practices, and lifecycle tracking for large-scale device fleets. Familiarity with SCCM-based staging and/or Intune Autopilot provisioning is a plus. Basic proficiency in PowerShell or a strong willingness to build expertise in this area.
