You'll lead on IT Service Continuity Management and Capacity & Performance processes, helping to prevent or minimise disruption caused by service loss or disaster. That means working across technical teams and stakeholders to identify risks, develop recovery plans, and ensure our capacity aligns with business needs. In this role, you'll use your enterprise-level IT expertise to analyse trends, forecast threats, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that support data-driven decision-making.
