Contexte : l'équipe “Audits de Performance du réseau et des applications” , recherche une ressource pour mener des audits techniques et maintenir les outils associés. Missions: - Réalisation d’audits (missions permanentes) Analyser les demandes d’audits provenant de clients internes Collecter les informations complémentaires auprès des équipes de production Définir une stratégie d’audit et piloter le plan d’actions Collecter les métriques (traces réseau, logs, outils internes/externes) Analyser les métriques et présenter les résultats et préconisations sous forme de rapport aux équipes techniques - Maintenance et administration des outils Installer, administrer et exploiter les outils propres à l’équipe (sondes, matrices…) Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) des rapports techniques/applicatifs Gérer la relation technique avec les fournisseurs Gérer les assets (MCO et mise à jour des référentiels) - Types d’audits à mener Basés sur les flux réseau circulant dans le SI : Curatif : analyses en cas d’incidents (souvent lenteurs). Préventif : évaluation avant mise en production d’une application. Expertise : analyse hors incident/projet (état des lieux). Monitoring : suivi ponctuel ou continu des performances applicatives. - Maintien des solutions techniques Assurer l'opérationnalité et l’évolution des outils de monitoring et d’analyse utilisés par l’équipe.
