Data Migration Analyst Our Client is looking to recruit a seasoned Data Migration Analyst with excellent Data Analyst skills - at least 3 to 5 years experience as a Data Analyst. Provide support to the data migration Lead in the data migration of legacy data into NetSuite edERP in accordance with the project plan Review the legacy data to identify data quality issues Review non-legacy data for data quality & resolve issues Liaison with the schools throughout the data preparation stages Perform data extractions from the legacy system into Excel Review the legacy data to identify data quality issues such as; o missing mandatory fields o data not coherent & correctly cross-referenced o data not valid i.e. formatted correctly, consistent with NetSuite requirements o potential functional shortfalls of NetSuite Co-ordinate with Users to resolve issues identified with the quality of the data. Co-ordinate with Users in the preparation of other data that are not in the legacy system that is required for NetSuite, such as; o email addresses o third party payers o fees, discounts & academic calendar o pricing master header & lines o NetSuite contracts Review non-legacy data for data quality & resolve issues with users, where necessary obtaining acceptance from the project team and/or the Business. To comply with safeguarding policies, procedures and code of conduct and demonstrate a personal commitment to safeguarding and student/colleague wellbeing. Ensure that any safeguarding concerns or incidents are reported appropriately in line with policy and engage in safeguarding training when required. Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience of data analysing and/or cleansing and at least 3+ years experience of systems implementation. Have experience of extraction & cleansing of legacy data. Being involved in at least 2 major Data migration projects. Should have strong Excel user skills along with data migration ETL methodology. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. English as primary language. " T-SQL " Excel VBA " Accounting ETL Methodology The Client is based in Milton Keynes various offices across the UK. The role will based remotely at present with the need to attend the office as and when required. The rate for this role will be circa £300 to £400 per day. Oracle Data Migration Consultant (Fusion / Financials) - 6 Months initial - Hybrid (Midlands) - Outside IR35 VIQU have partnered with a leading enterprise organisation undergoing a complex Oracle Fusion Finance Transformation. As part of this journey, they are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Data Migration Consultant to take ownership of data migration delivery across key Finance modules. The Role: The successful Oracle Data Migration Consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering data migration for Oracle Fusion Financials, covering GL, AP, AR, P2P and PO. This is not a hands-on technical role - it requires a consultant who can combine strong functional knowledge of Oracle Finance with project management capability to direct and coordinate data migration end-to-end. The Oracle Data Migration Consultant will shape the migration strategy, manage sequencing and dependencies, and ensure that technical PMs and delivery teams working under you are aligned. At the same time, you'll engage directly with business stakeholders to drive cleansing, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring accurate and reconciled data is delivered into Fusion. Key Responsibilities: · Own planning and delivery of data migration across GL, AP, AR, P2P and PO. · Define and oversee data extraction, transformation, load and reconciliation processes. · Provide direction to technical PMs and data migration teams, ensuring delivery is consistent and aligned with programme milestones. · Work with business stakeholders to drive data cleansing, validation and reconciliation cycles. · Provide functional expertise on supplier, customer and invoice data models, subledger accounting and integration with the General Ledger. · Develop and maintain migration strategies that integrate with the wider project plan and test schedules. · Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and deliverables achieved. Telephony Migration Engineer – (Unity to Microsoft Teams) – 3 months – Northampton (Hybrid) My Customer is seeking a highly skilled Telephony Migration Engineer (Subject Matter Expert) to lead and support the migration of their call/contact centre from Unity to Microsoft Teams . This is a hands-on technical role where you will provide expert guidance while also working closely with engineers, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure a seamless transition. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the lead SME for the migration of the call/contact centre from Unity to Microsoft Teams. Provide hands-on technical expertise in telephony, including design, configuration, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to develop and execute a migration strategy . Lead workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and end-users. Ensure the new telephony system aligns with business requirements and enhances customer experience. Identify potential risks and troubleshoot technical issues during and after migration.
