Pour l'un de nos clients finaux, nous sommes à la recherche d'un consultant SAP support - Supply Chain pour renforcer l'équipe maintenance dans le cadre de roll out à l'étranger et l'implémentation de nouveaux flux logistiques. Mission 6 mois renouvelables - démarrage fin d'année. Paris - 2 jours de télétravail. Missions : • Contribuer aux services d'assistance dans le domaine de la chaîne d'approvisionnement avec l'usine AMS et les centres d'application régionaux. • Recueillir les exigences relatives aux demandes de modification. • Sur la base des exigences commerciales, fournir/examiner les spécifications fonctionnelles des demandes de modification. • Examiner et contribuer aux tests des nouveaux développements qui seront fournis par l'usine AMS. • Agir en tant qu'escalade de niveau 3 lorsque l'usine AMS aura besoin d'assistance. • Gérer le portefeuille de tickets (incidents, demandes de service et demandes de changement) dans le domaine de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, examiner les priorités afin d'atteindre nos objectifs en matière d'accord de niveau de service, gérer les escalades et l'intégration avec d'autres domaines (vente au détail, finance, données de référence). • Examiner la prestation de services avec les utilisateurs clés de l'entreprise, les représentants régionaux et mondiaux du centre d'expertise SAP. (Équipe principale) • Fournir une assistance technique SAP, y compris la capacité de lire le code ABAP et d'effectuer le débogage si nécessaire. • Veiller à ce que la surveillance quotidienne par l'usine AMS soit effectuée dans les délais et de manière efficace, en soutenant l'analyse et la résolution des erreurs si nécessaire.
