Job Description (Brief Summary of the role) Our SAP Functional Consultants work directly with both clients and internal teams in a project environment (ECC and S/4) to gather and analyse business requirements for the support and configuration of their specific SAP module(s). Works to understands the businesses functional area and participates in the configuration of product, implementation, maintenance and/or enhancement of SAP modules to align with business requirements. Participates in problem identification and assists or leads in developing solutions. We are looking for individuals with significant experience of managing client stakeholders as well as individuals with full project lifecycle from warehousing solutions, proposal response, solutioning and planning, mobilising, leading and execution of SAP module implementation. Individual would need to be confident operating in a project team environment and a client led environment. Services The Contractor will carry out the following role and responsibilities, which includes but is not limited too: · Solution proposal, project implementation, leads, gathers and analyses user business requirements and processes. Understands client requirements, needs, and functionality of the ECC and S/4 product module. Defines and documents business requirements and validates solutions with the client. · Works with business users to configure the module to translate business requirements into functional design specifications. Defines initial settings, module-relevant security settings and reporting options. · Understands processes and reporting requirements and user interfaces impacted by the ECC/S/4 system. Identifies modifications and recommends and applies changes as appropriate. · Provides ongoing SAP functional system support. Communicates and interacts with technical team and client to resolve functional issues to meet client requirements. · Typical output for the position though not exhaustive would be Requirements Traceability Matrix, Business Process Blueprint, Configuration Documentation, Functionality Specification, Test Scripts, Training Guides. · Experience of S/4 end to end projects related to own functional area essential. SAP Integration Specialist - 24 months - Brussels Our important client is currently looking for a SAP Integration Specialist for a 24-month contract in Brussels. The aim of the position is, together with other specialists, to support and also renew the SAP solution for logistics events that keeps the rolling stock in the line workshops operational at the request of the customer. The consultant will be part of the program that implements a greenfield S/4Hana for the customer. Functional support for the current smarttek / zebra psion Sap integration. IT Support Engineer - Inside IR35 My client is looking for a IT Support Engineer that will be responsible for building and deploying devices as well as 2nd line Support. The successful candidate must be willing to work in a team and have previous experience building devices in a logistics/Warehouse environment. The IT Support Engineer would have experience with Intune, SCCM, building laptops, Joiners and Leavers, Creating Documentation and 2nd Line support tasks. Deployment Engineer Requirements: Proven experience with deployments / laptops Building Experience creating Documentation Comfortable working on-site 5 days a week Experienced with Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot Experienced working in a Logistic/Warehouse environment Willing to take on both deployment and support tasks Confident in troubleshooting and resolving issues The IT Support Engineer will be required to work onsite 5 days a week.
