You'll earn as you learn during our 18-month apprenticeship, gaining a level 3 'Digital Support Technician' qualification. Joining our IT Asset Management Team (ITAM), you will be supporting the management of Software and Hardware on the DWP estate - the largest in UK government. You will join us on permanent basis, accessing funded learning to support progress in your role and career. You'll be given one day a week (20% of your time) so you can work on completing your apprenticeship qualification within your working hours.
