Notre client recherche de toute urgence un Ingénieur Support Réseau bilingue français/anglais pour un contrat renouvelable de 6 mois sur site, près de Rouen, selon la fiche de poste ci-dessous : MISSIONS PRINCIPALES: Garantir la bonne prestation des services réseau dans le périmètre défini pour les clients internes sur les sites mondiaux. Évaluer les technologies et architectures réseau nouvelles et innovantes afin de stimuler l'amélioration continue. Définir et contribuer à la conception du réseau pour les sites régionaux. Maintenir et mettre à jour la documentation réseau pour tous les sites du périmètre. Gérer les changements réseau et les projets dans le cadre des attributions régionales. Superviser les mises à niveau des versions des équipements réseau et la gestion des correctifs (patch management). Rédiger la documentation technique, les rapports, les propositions et les guides d'utilisation selon les besoins. Assurer la formation et le transfert de compétences aux membres de l'équipe sur les procédures réseau. Traiter et résoudre les tickets du centre de services (Service Desk) et les escalades dans les meilleurs délais. Gérer et dépanner les boîtiers d'optimisation WAN Riverbed, le cas échéant. Piloter le dépannage des incidents réseau majeurs et des problèmes de performance. Prendre en charge toute tâche supplémentaire demandée par le Responsable Réseau de l'Hémisphère Est.
