Role: Programme Manager Rate: Inside IR35 Location: Remote with occasional travel to Wilmslow Duration: 6 months initially Workplace Transformation & Implementation Lead Contingent up to March 2026 We are recruiting for a Workplace Transformation & Implementation Lead to oversee the delivery of our upcoming relocation to a new office in central Manchester from existing Head Office in Wilmslow. Work is underway across a number of internal and external teams designing and delivering the functional and cultural changes required to support the relocation. As well as managing multiple workstreams, managing risks and interdependencies to enable the move to happen on time and within budget, the Workplace Transformation & Implementation Lead will be responsible for the more nuanced cultural shifts that will bring changes to the way we work together in our new office space To ensure that cultural changes are sustainable and embedded, the role will also help to develop our approach to ensuring we collaboratively review and develop our ways of working and operating in the new office on an ongoing basis post move. Key Responsibilities * Develop and own the programme plan, ensuring dependencies between workstreams are identified and managed effectively. * Support the Director of People Services to identify and shape the 'foundation stones' and ongoing activity to enable sustainable cultural change. * Coordinate workstreams to ensure there is connection between all elements of the programme. Role: D365 CRM Consultant (Sales and Marketing Modules) Salary: £55,000-£65,000 per annum + benefits Location: Remote working with occasional travel We are currently working with a large-scale organisation who require a D355 CRM Consultant to join the organisation in a stand-alone role. You will be the sole responsibility for all things D365/CRM related and will work as a Consultant on Sales and Marketing Modules. You will be heavily involved in Configuration, Customisation, Workflows and Integration work. This won't be a development role, but it will have some aspects of development within it. Skills and experience required Proven experience as a D365/CRM Consultant and customization. Strong experience of Sales and Marketing Modules. Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
