An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Corporate Services Directorate for a Lead Development Manager. The Lead Development Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction for the development function, ensuring alignment with Poplar HARCA’s digital transformation goals. The post-holder will drive innovation, cross-organisational collaboration, and enterprise-level technology solutions that deliver measurable impact.
