As part of our growth and the expansion of high-impact transformation projects, we are looking for a motivated, structured, and results-driven Scrum Master ready to make a real difference within dynamic and complex environments. Your Mission As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in fostering Agile maturity within cross-functional teams. You will act as a servant leader, facilitator, and change agent, ensuring that teams deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. You will promote collaboration, continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability in environments where quality, security, and performance are critical. Your Responsibilities Ensure the effective and consistent application of Scrum principles and Agile best practices Support teams in delivering high-quality increments aligned with business goals Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement Identify and remove impediments while proactively managing risks and dependencies Support the Product Owner in backlog structuring, value prioritization, and roadmap clarity Foster collaboration between technical, functional, and business stakeholders Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile mindset adoption Monitor team performance through relevant KPIs and Agile metrics Contribute to scaling Agile practices when operating in multi-team environments You will work on transformation initiatives spanning digitalization, operational optimization, data-driven programs, and innovation projects.

Your role will involve Managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Customer Authority Requests for Change (RFCs), from initial submission through to delivery of high‑quality Impact Assessments. You will lead the coordination of technical, project, and PMO teams to ensure each RFC progresses through the Change Impacting process efficiently, transparently, and in line with agreed governance. You will also act as a key liaison with the Customer Authority, ensuring clear communication, accurate reporting, and a consistent focus on continuous improvement across the process. Working within the Change Impacting function, you will be part of a team focused on delivering clarity, predictability, and confidence to both internal stakeholders and the Customer Authority. This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, building strong relationships, and driving high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑moving environment. Your transferable skills and experience: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage competing priorities Experience in change management, project delivery, or service governance Strong organisational and analytical capability Confidence reviewing and assuring quality of deliverables A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement enhancements Required Experienced in Senior Project Management or comparable high-level coordination roles. Experienced Stakeholder Manager Good interpersonal skills Experienced in major Bid Management Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
