Working closely with Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Marketing, you will build and grow strategic partnerships with leading banks and financial institutions. This is a high-impact role at the heart of real-time payments innovation. The mission Own and grow banking partnerships Manage a portfolio of partner banks as the main point of contact. Drive instant payment adoption and transaction volume growth. Identify commercial opportunities (activation, cross-sell, upsell). Align senior stakeholders with strategic objectives. Track KPIs such as onboarding progress and engagement. Expand the ecosystem Identify and engage new banking partners (issuing & acquiring). Lead business development discussions and support negotiations. Coordinate end-to-end onboarding with internal teams. Represent the solution Contribute to sales materials and industry positioning. Your Mission As an IT Business Analyst , you play a key role at the crossroads of business and IT. As an experienced practitioner, there is also the opportunity to contribute to higher-level strategic work, translating policy and wider organisational objectives into practical impacts on services, teams, and delivery plans. The role involves a blend of independent work, acting as a primary business analysis contact within a team, and collaborating with external partners such as suppliers and government departments. Line management may come later, but mentoring and supporting colleagues is an important part of the role from the outset. As involvement in more complex projects grows, so does the responsibility for guiding less-experienced team members, sharing knowledge, helping them develop their skills, and strengthening the wider business analysis community. You could be working within departments such as technology, facilities, people or information, giving you a varied workload that spans both vital internal systems and new technology supporting mission-critical activity. Day to day, you’ll support the gathering and validation of business and user needs through workshops, interviews, document reviews and collaborative working. Working with more senior analysts, you’ll assist in the production of analysis, defining and escalating risks. And you’ll prepare materials for stakeholders, capture feedback, and ensure information is always accurate and clear. You’ll be supported by an experienced Business Analyst who’ll help you manage your portfolio of projects and grow your skills. Business Analyst with Finance Systems – Milton Keynes Our Client is keen to recruit a seasoned Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years proven track record of working on projects with an understanding of the full project life-cycle. Must be able to demonstrate excellent business analysis skills coupled with excellent techniques and ideally with some methodology. Should be confident with the ability to work well the stakeholders and to guide and lead them to successful end results. The Client would ideally like to recruit a candidate with Oracle Financial systems experience - with at least 5 years experience. The following are some of the key points about this role: Must be able to analyse the structure of the business (integration between Marketing, Finance & Education) Identify how the business use technology and what their goals are in line with identified requirements. As-Is/To-Be process mapping Identify problems within the business relating, through data modelling techniques and process flows. Have the ability to streamline processes. You will have strong documentation management experience and skills. Communicate with senior people within the organisation. Align internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies/requirements/processes. Part of this assignment will be to run workshops and training sessions in order to ensure that everyone is on board and understands the processes involved.
