Dans le cadre d’une réflexion stratégique autour de l’évolution de sa plateforme de containerisation, notre client recherche un Architecte / Expert Kubernetes & Containerisation.

L’environnement actuel est basé sur OpenShift, et l’objectif est de définir des scénarios d’évolution, incluant des trajectoires vers des solutions cloud public (AKS, GKE), cloud privé ou cloud de confiance.

La mission porte sur un audit de l’existant, une étude d’architecture cible et des recommandations stratégiques, incluant les coûts et impacts organisationnels.

Candidate profile

Expérience

8 à 15 ans d’expérience en architecture infrastructure / cloud
Expertise forte sur Kubernetes & OpenShift
Expérience sur AKS et/ou GKE fortement appréciée
Expérience en mission d’audit ou d’étude d’architecture

Cartographie des workloads containerisés
Définition de scénarios d’évolution :
- Maintien / évolution OpenShift
- Migration vers AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Migration vers GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine)
- Approche hybride / multi-cloud
Analyse des impacts techniques, organisationnels et sécurité
Recommandations d’architecture cible

Design & recommandations

Définition d’architectures Kubernetes cibles
Bonnes pratiques DevSecOps et CI/CD
Sécurité des clusters (RBAC, network policies, secrets management)
Stratégie de scalabilité et haute disponibilité

Étude financière & stratégie

Estimation des coûts (licences, infra, run, exploitation)
Analyse TCO des différentes options
Recommandations budgétaires et ROI
