Function  descriptionA commercial and proactive role in which you support the Sales management Commercial Banking team (HQ) with the coordination of ESG-related initiatives across both Midcap and SME segments, working closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) and internal functions within the bank.
 

  • Drive ESG coordination across the Enterprises segment (Midcap & SME), contributing to a consistent and forward-looking approach to sustainable finance

  • Empower Relationship Managers to integrate ESG into client conversations, strengthening long-term relationships and creating business opportunities

  • Act as a central ESG connector, bringing together the front and internal expertise to maximise impact and client value

  • Ensure effective follow-up of ESG assignments, providing clear visibility on progress and supporting the business in meeting regulatory and strategic ambitions

  • Continuously enhance the ESG approach by simplifying processes and embedding ESG in a pragmatic and impactful way in daily activities

Travel Required experience / knowledgeMinimum 2 years of experience, ideally in the banking sector. Motivated recent graduates with a solid economic background are also welcome.
