Provide L3 production support, troubleshooting complex issues across Java applications and relational databases (SQL)
Manage CI/CD deployments, application monitoring, incident/problem/change management, and production fixes
Automate and optimize operational processes while ensuring application performance, availability and reliability.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure and external teams; AWS experience is a strong plus.

Candidate profile

At least 5 TO 10 years of practical experience in supporting and managing production environments (with focus on JAVA applications and relational databases)

Strong understanding of software development life cycles, with a focus on CI/CD pipelines, particularly for deploying updates and fixes.

Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL language and Java language

Good knowledge of data management and XML processing

Working environment

The incumbent will be assigned to the User and Application Support Unit where he/she will contribute in supporting the reliable operation and day-to-day maintenance of business applications and related services.
