If someone has enough knowledge about the working field and want flexible working hours with being own boss, then he can choose freelancing. As I am working.

I think I am late to reply you but As I am also working as a freelancer and I know this type of problem generally occurs in front of us but for solving this you should search online related to pricing for such type of projects.

There are so many skills which is important and required for a freelance web designer..... As per my view these are some :

1. Understanding the requirements of that particular project.

2. Designs should be attractive for targeted audience.

3. Must follow effective strategies for better impression.

4. Uses of most effective Tools for design and development.

5. And cost effective work for client.

these are some basic things which should be consider by a freelance web designer.
