🔎 Rejoins une équipe projet stratégique au sein d’un programme New ERP, où tu seras le référent fonctionnel SAP SuccessFactors Core RH tout en accompagnant les équipes internes pour monter en compétences.

Je cherche donc un/-e Consultant(e) Expert(e) SAP SuccessFactors – Core RH pour participer à un projet ambitieux et structurant, avec un focus sur Employee Central, Onboarding et Recruiting.

💻 Ce que tu vas faire :

Apporter ton expertise SAP SuccessFactors Core RH et challenger l’intégrateur sur les choix de paramétrage et de conception
Formaliser les processus RH cibles et les règles de gestion
Produire des livrables structurants : cahiers de recette, supports de formation, dossiers d’architecture SIRH
Assurer le transfert de compétences et la montée en autonomie des équipes internes
Participer à la maîtrise des risques et à la sécurisation du Core Model RH
