Project description
You will join the JUMP program, which transitions our decentralized SAP ECC systems to a centralized S4HANA environment. As part of the Sales domain, you will support the migration and harmonization of sales processes across multiple business units and sites. You will work closely with business stakeholders and other SAP domains to ensure end-to-end process coverage and decision-making support.


Primary Tasks and responsibilities
• Support the SAP SD implementation within the JUMP program
• Ensure integration of Sales processes with other SAP domains (e.g., MM, CO, QM)
• Support business-facing activities and facilitate decision-making processes
• Analyse and optimise sales order management, pricing, billing, and delivery processes
• Document SAP SD configurations and technical specifications
• Conduct system testing and validation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
• Work within custom-built and template-based SAP environments
• Support change requests and tickets when project workload allows
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior consultants if applicable


Technical profile requirements
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD projects
• Proven experience with end-to-end SAP SD implementations and integration with other domains
• Experience in structured documentation and blueprinting
• Debugging skills are preferred
• Familiarity with custom-built and template-based SAP environments

Methodology/Certification requirements
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• SAP certification is an advantage
• Experience is more important than certification


Language proficiencies
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• French: must-have for Sales role
• Dutch: preferred for local flemish site
• Very international working environment


Location
• Antwerp, Brussels, and flemish region
• Minimum 3 days/week onsite presence required


Contract
• Start date: ASAP, latest onboarding by 31/10
• Initial contract until end of 2025
• Potential extension into 2026 and Q1 2027 depending on program timelines
• Travel: up to 10–20% if needed
