We provide and manage on a global scale a variety of IT services covering all IT layers: from network, server & cloud infrastructure, end user devices & Service Desk to best-in-class applications and data & digital solutions.


Project description
You will join the JUMP program, which transitions decentralized SAP ECC systems to a centralized S4HANA environment. As part of the Quality domain, you will support the migration and harmonization of quality management processes across multiple business units and manufacturing sites. You will collaborate with other SAP domains to ensure end-to-end process coverage and alignment.


Primary Tasks and responsibilities
• Support the SAP QM implementation within the JUMP program
• Ensure integration of Quality processes with other SAP domains (e.g., EWM, MM, SD, CO)
• Execute migration activities using tools such as LSMW and S4 Cockpits
• Analyze and optimize quality inspection, defect handling, and audit processes
• Align with other QM team members and cross-functional stakeholders
• Document SAP QM configurations and technical specifications
• Conduct system testing and validation
• Work within custom-built and template-based SAP environments
• Support change requests and tickets when project workload allows
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior consultants if applicable


Technical profile requirements
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM projects
• Proven experience with end-to-end SAP QM implementations and integration with other domains
• Experience with migration tools (LSMW, S4 Cockpits)
• Debugging skills are preferred
• Familiarity with custom-built and template-based SAP environments

Methodology/Certification requirements
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• SAP certification is an advantage
• Experience is more important than certification


Language proficiencies
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• French: must-have for Quality role
• Dutch: preferred for local Hoboken site
• Very international working environment


Location
• Next to Antwerp, Belgium
• Minimum 3 days/week onsite presence required
• 80% onsite presence may be acceptable for this role
• Additional travel and other manufacturing sites may be required (10–20%) around go-live


Contract
• Start date: ASAP, latest onboarding by 31/10
• Initial contract until end of 2025
• Potential extension into 2026 and Q1 2027 depending on program timelines
