Contexte

• Within the Digital Finance & Procurement Department, le client recherche un profil pour rejoindre AMO* Accounting team to support the implementation of a new Payment Service Provider (PSP) as part of the rollout of a new payment method. *Assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage informatique 

Mission Objectives

• The consultant will lead and support functional and technical activities related to the integration of a payment service provider (PSP) into the organization’s payment and accounting ecosystem.

•  The role covers end-to-end payment flow integration, accounting alignment, reconciliation processes, and secure data transmission.

•  In addition to integration project, the mission may include broader transformation initiatives focus on the review, optimization and standardization of AMO Accounting processes.

Responsabilités

1. Paiement Intégration & Middleware Flows

• Analyse PSP reporting, settlement files, and data structures.

• Define and document required transformations for files integration into existing middleware systems.

• Ensure integration is aligned with existing DSF standards used across all PSPs.

2. SAP FI & Accounting Flows

• Define and implement updates to SAP FI configuration (GL postings, interfaces, BAPI/BIM flows).

• Support mapping of PSP data into general ledger and accounting schemas.

• Ensure compliance with internal accounting principles and treasury requirements.

• Contribute to improving automation and reliability of accounting flows.

3. Reconciliation & Settlement Processes

• Design and optimize end-to-end reconciliation processes for high-volume payment data.

• Collaborate with DF&P and Treasury on daily settlement validation and matching rules.

• Contribute to secure transmission workflows and encryption requirements.

4. Documentation, Governance & Stakeholder Alignment

• Produce high-quality functional and technical documentation in English.

• Align with Finance, Treasury, IT, Digital, and Business stakeholders.

• Participate in project governance, workshops, and formal milestone reviews.

5. Testing, Delivery & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare and execute integration and end-to-end testing scenarios.

• Validate secure file transfers, reporting files, and reconciliation logic.

• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and optimization.

• Contribute to broader finance transformation initiatives when required.
