Job Vacancy Salesforce Developer

Summary Objective of the Job:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional product team, collaborating closely with analysts, architects, other developers, the product owner, business owner, and key users.

You will work within an Agile methodology, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions that support business processes and goals.

You are responsible for customizing, developing, and integrating Salesforce environments, with a strong focus on Field Service, and related technologies.

You take ownership of building, testing, and deploying scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Knowledge of Gearset for deployment and version control is a strong plus.

Lines of Communication:

You will collaborate daily with analysts, developers, architects, product owner, and business stakeholders within the Salesforce team. You will also interact with end users and other technical teams to ensure solution alignment with business needs.

Qualifications:

Salesforce Expertise:

Strong experience with Field Service.
Ability to develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Capable of configuring and administering Salesforce orgs to meet complex business requirements.
Technical Skills:

Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git, or similar CI/CD tools is an advantage.
Agile Mindset: Minimum of 2 years working in an agile/scrum environment.
Experience:
At least 3 years of professional Salesforce development experience.
