Consultant technico-fonctionnel Oracle HCM Reporting (OTBI / BI Publisher) Mission

Mission principale : Développer et maintenir des rapports et des tableaux de bord OTBI

Idéalement, pour évolution : utiliser OIC pour intégrer Oracle HCM avec d'autres systèmes d'entreprise

Compétences techniques :

Expertise sur les outils de reporting d'Oracle HCM : OTBI et BI Publisher

Autonomie et conseil sur l'outil utilisé pour chaque demande de reporting : OTBI ou BPI publisher

Connaissance du Core HR dans Oracle HCM

Autonomie complète sur le développement d'un rapport ou d'un dashboard : analyse du besoin métier, écriture des spécifications et du cahier de recette, développement du report, recette du report et démonstration au métier.

Compétences avancées en SQL et en modélisation de données.

Capacité à interpréter et à visualiser des données pour des rapports et des tableaux de bord efficaces.

Idéalement :

Connaissance de HDL pour l’import de données dans le Core HR

Connaissance de HCM extract

Connaissance de OIC pour des batch de modifications de données
