Develop, operate (3rd level), and continuously improve a modern, highly automated SaaS platform in a regulated environment
Orchestrate and harden Kubernetes clusters and integrate them with central IT systems (IAM, logging and monitoring, ITSM, and SIEM systems)
Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code components for provisioning cloud resources (AWS, Azure)
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, including automated tests, security scans, and quality gates
Provide technical consulting and support for integrating new applications into the platform
Actively shape the platform architecture, quality standards, and internal best practices

Expertise

Several years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes—ideally in SaaS environments
Strong technical expertise in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security hardening
Solid experience with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS or Azure)
Proven track record in automating complex system landscapes with tools such as Terraform, Crossplane, ArgoCD, and Helm
An analytical mindset, structured way of working, and high standards for the quality of your own work

Curiosity, initiative, and the willingness to dive deep into complex topi
Fluent in English
