This role would suit someone with Admin or Coordinator experience who has familiarity within Engineering / Construction and wants a secure role and good work life balance. The Role: Coordinating Maintenance and Engineering teams. Various administrative tasks running residential parks. Office based role (Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30).
