In this role, you will support the IT department with a broad range of 1st line technical support duties, assisting end users with desktop computers, mobile devices, applications, and core IT systems. You'll gain exposure to networks, servers, and associated infrastructure, while learning best practice around data security and cyber security.

This is an office-based role where you'll work closely with colleagues across the business, gradually taking on more responsibility as your experience grows.

The Role:

• Providing 1st line IT support to internal users
• Fault finding and resolving basic hardware and software issues
• Assisting with the setup and support of desktops, mobile devices, and applications
• Supporting IT systems while following data security and cyber security best practices
  

The Person:

• An interest in IT and technology, with some basic experience or exposure
• Experience working with email and Microsoft packages
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop technical skills
