Context :
The contractor will be responsible for leading the definition, prioritization, and delivery of platform capabilities that support:
- Classical machine learning workflows
- Low-code/no-code tooling for citizen developers and business users
- This includes working closely with engineering, MLOps, data governance, and compliance teams to ensure robust, scalable, and user-centric solutions.

Deliverables :
Backlog Definition & Prioritization
Establish and maintain a clear, actionable backlog aligned with user needs and strategic priorities.
Translate feedback from data scientists, analysts, and business users into platform features.
Contribute to Program Increment (PI) planning and backlog refinement in line with SAFe Agile pracices.

Product Discovery & Validation
Conduct discovery activities to validate user problems and test solution ideas.
Ensure proposed features are desirable, feasible, and viable.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across engineering, security, and governance.
Drive alignment and convergence across technical and business domains.

Platform Adoption & Enablement
Support onboarding, training, and internal evangelism of platform capabilities.
Monitor usage and gather feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Promote AI literacy and empower citizen developers through intuitive tooling and documentation.

Strategic Contribution
Shape and communicate the vision for classical ML and low-code/no-code enablement.
Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies.

SKILLS:
Proven experience in product ownership or product management, ideally in AI/data platforms.
Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and low-code/no-code technologies.
Experience in cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Familiarity with Agile SAFe methodology.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Language : Fluent in English -- French is a plus.

Localisation : Grenoble (3 days on site / 2 remote)
