Offre d'emploi Human Centered Design - Senior Product Designer

In this role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary design tribe aligned to a specific area of the customer experience, setting clear design direction and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will influence product and business strategy through strong design leadership, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to balance customer, commercial, and technical needs.

You will also take ownership of people leadership on the client account, supporting the development, performance, and wellbeing of embedded CGI designers. With the backing of a collaborative environment, you will help grow design capability, embed best practice, and drive consistent, user-centred delivery.



Key responsibilities include:

Lead & Shape: Own design vision, direction, and quality for a defined CX area

Influence & Align: Guide product and business decisions through design leadership

Collaborate & Integrate: Work with product, engineering, delivery, and data teams

Manage & Develop: Provide client-side line management for embedded CGI designers

Represent & Advocate: Act as a senior design voice within the client environment

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

You will bring strong leadership experience within complex digital environments, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and lead designers in client-facing roles. You are collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to deliver outcomes that balance user needs with business goals.



Essential experience and skills:

Proven experience leading design within large, complex delivery programmes

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels

Experience working in cross-functional, full-stack teams

Background in managing and developing designers within client environments

Ability to set direction while maintaining high standards of delivery
