Mission en temps partiel 3 jours / semaine sur site. L'objectif est de permettre au référent actuel de se recentrer progressivement sur de nouvelles missions, tout en garantissant la continuité du support local aux utilisateurs. Périmètre attendu Le prestataire recherché devra être à l'aise avec : - le provisioning et le déploiement de portables Windows (matériel Lenovo et HP) pour les arrivées et les remplacements ; - le support utilisateurs niveau 1 et 2, en complément d'un Helpdesk global qui traite déjà la majorité du niveau 1 ; - les interventions de proximité sur les postes de travail, périphériques, salles de réunion et équipements informatiques du site ; - un niveau d'anglais suffisant pour échanger avec les utilisateurs non francophones et avec les équipes informatiques européennes et mondiales. Profil attendu / exigences Le prestataire devra pouvoir intervenir sur des activités de type IMAC : - installation, désinstallation, mise à jour, maintenance et mise à niveau de matériels et logiciels ; - diagnostic et résolution de premier niveau des incidents matériels et logiciels ; - escalade des incidents trop complexes ; - assistance au support niveau 2 pour le diagnostic et l'analyse ; - participation à l'amélioration des systèmes et, ponctuellement, aux projets sous supervision. Compléments possibles La personne pourra aussi être amenée à réaliser ponctuellement : - l'inventaire du matériel ; - la gestion et le rangement du stock informatique ; - des tâches logistiques liées au support local. Point d'organisation Le contact actuel reste l'interlocuteur principal pour les sujets d'infrastructure nécessitant une intervention sur site, notamment : - incidents réseau ; - équipements de communication ; - routeurs ; - interrupteurs ; - autres éléments d'infrastructure informatique. Les discussions contractuelles, le périmètre exact et les aspects commerciaux seront ensuite gérés par le responsable informatique européen basé en Autriche, avec des échanges à mener en anglais.

IT Infrastructure Support Analyst Our Client a bank based in Central London is looking to recruit a young super talented individual as an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst. You will have at least to 5 years hands-on experience within IT Infrastructure ideally from the Banking or Financial arena. Must have in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting experience with Windows, Office365 and ideally Banking applications and conferencing applications. You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure for the Branch and to provide IT support to staff. To assist in the response to service outages and other IT related problems as well as maintenance and upkeep of for security of the systems in place. Business Performance duties  Familiarity with core banking systems or financial applications  Provide first/Second level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.  Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, Phones/Mobiles and other IT equipment.  Laptop imaging experience needed (WIM USB, MDT, SCCM, Intune, AutoPilot) – Image creation, management and deployments.  Assist in user account management in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams, and banking systems  Networking Fundamentals – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN.  Understanding of cybersecurity measures.  Perform routine system backups and assist with disaster recovery operations.  Monitor system performance and report abnormalities to senior IT staff  Assist with software updates, patches, and antivirus management.  Exposure to following Fortinet solutions – fortigate, forticlient VPN, Symantec Endpoint Protection & Encryption, Bitlocker, SentinelOne, Cisco Switches, Tenable, Group policy, ManageEngine, Nagios, MFA  Document IT procedures and maintain technical documentation relating to role.
